Executive Air Taxi Corporation Announces Purchase of Avionics Business
Company expands aviation services with the addition of an FAA Approved Full Service Avionics Shop
Bismarck, ND – May 6, 2009: Executive Air Taxi Corporation announces the acquisition of M&M Avionics, a Minot, North Dakota based avionics business from former owners John and Kathy Martin. John is joining the staff at Executive Air as the Avionics Department Manager.Executive Air COO, Paul Vetter, says that "John Martin has earned a solid reputation for quality workmanship in complete aircraft instrument and radio repairs, installations and upgrades. John understands full well the needs of aircraft owners and operators as he is also an FAA Licensed A&P Mechanic and Pilot. We are excited to add this FAA approved full service avionics capability to our business model, it demonstrates our commitment to providing full and complete aviation services to aircraft owners and operators all across the upper Midwest.
"We are extremely excited in having John join our team along with Executive Air Taxi Corp adding full avionics capabilities. Avionics was one of our ambitious goals from the beginning and it fills a void in our long term strategy," noted Kelly Cermak, Executive Air's Chief Financial Officer.

Authorized avionics dealerships and capabilities include many popular brands such as Garmin, Aspen Avionics, Flight Display Systems, AvMap, Century Auto-Pilot and WSI Instruments bringing a full and complete avionics service to the entire region.
Executive Air Taxi is a full-service, fixed base operator (FBO) located at the Bismarck, North Dakota Municipal Airport. Executive Air’s services include FAA approved aircraft charter, maintenance, interior completion and refurbishing, full service avionics sales, service and installations, aircraft rental and management, parts sales, flight instruction, airfreight, helicopter emergency medical services and fuel sales. Executive Air is a Bell Helicopter, Cessna, Cirrus and Beechcraft Authorized Service Center, the only facility in the Upper Midwest to carry all these designations.
